Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

91 Points

Saturday, December 27, 2014 - Red with still a little purple. Very pronounced nose, cassis, vanilla, sweet spice. Palate has concentrated fruit with good tannin, which become more evident as the bottle goes on. There is a concentration to this wine that I like. Halliday's notes think there is a little too much tannin but for my taste it's good structure.

Edit 28/12/14: Upon further reflection, with this wine already being 5 years old Halliday is probably right about the tannin is a little too prevalent. Still think its worth more than the 87 he gave this however.
