Brief notes -- After about 1 hour in the decanter I thought that the wine stood up well to a spicy cinnamon seasoned duck breast as the spice and fruit came through. After about 4 hours there was the most concentrated and unmistakable note of roses on the nose palate and finish. Beautiful!
