Saturday, November 20, 2010 - Medium sweetness, surprisingly light bodied, fine structure. Medium acidity that became more pronounced with air. Petrol, mushroom, lemon, lime, mineral. Thoroughly enjoyed with apple and rosemary roast pork. Beginning to understand the link between German riesling, champagne, and fino sherry. Intensity with out weight.
