Sunday, December 4, 2011 - A deep yellow-golden color, marvoulous little bubbles filling all parts of the glass. A yeasty and apple nose that is pervasive. Mouth filling layers of flavor. Fresh apple, pineapple pear, and yeast balanced with acidity and a lush hint of sweet fruits. Long finish, tart mouth watering complex.
