Sunday, March 1, 2015 - Opened the bottle 1 hour before pouring. The wine was initially quite closed, but after a hour began to open up with gevrey earth and cherry. It still seemed somewhat muted and I think it needs more time and I probably won't try another bottle for 5 years.
