Tuesday, May 17, 2016 - Mainly PYCM & Fourrier (Spring, London): Similar mid to full garnet, a little lighter than the Fourrier 99. Far more fragrant and lifted, sweet fruit, spice, joie de vivre. Very Rousseau. Joyous but with enough seriousness to keep its line and shape. Holds well in glass through the evening. Lovely. Really lovely. ****1/2
