Thursday, January 28, 2016 - The wine is tightening g up with avidity and mineral being dominant with fruit in the background. Just part of the aging process. Air time pulls the fruit back out. Nice Pinot red fruits but not nearly as plush as when I opened the first bottles of the case two years back.
