Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color ruby. Nose is pretty tight at first but w a lot of swirling nose shows cherry cranberry and iron notes. Swishing shows super crunchy tart cherry fruit and cheek coating acidity. Despite the acid the finish is polished and clean. Sipping allows the fruit to be better sensed and is definitely cherry. This is appreciable at the onset of the finish which is med short. Blind I might have guessed a heavy duty gamay based wine. Good Bourgogne.
