Saturday, May 23, 2015 - Drank over two nights. On night one, the nose was rocking on opening with loads of cranberry, cherry and spice. Palate was initially medium bodied with plush fruit and balance, but within 30 minutes turned hard as nails. Structure and acid we're dominating at that point. On night two, the wine is once again fleshy with plush fruit that gives black cherry all day on the palate. Nice spice kick. Juicy acidity gives lift and balance. Terrific.
