Thursday, December 11, 2014 - Nice off dry Spätlese. Nothing too complex but good balance. My wife likes Rieslings on the dry side with lighter body and citrus notes whereas I like a bit more ripe fruit and texture. This wine seemed to work for both of us somehow. Paired nicely with pad Thai.
