Tuesday, May 19, 2015 - Tuesday Night $20-$40 Double Blind (Bin 75): Pale yellow; leesy right off the bat, melon, candle wax, almond, pulpy pear; medium weight, fresh acid, pear, apple, flatter finish, richness from lees, slight prickle of sulfur, bitter almond on finish; interesting, very nice quality; knew exactly what this was when tasting it, nailed it.
