Sunday, March 17, 2013 - Dark garnet color with nice viscosity. Aromas of dark fruit and camphor. A power house. Very ripe dark fruit flavors with with lots of alcohol. Having said that, it's well integrated with a very lengthy and pleasant finish. Can't imagine a food pairing.
