Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Another excellent bottle, this one showing very young, with vibrant dark fruits, raspberry reduction mixed with dried herbs and that VT pepper, but only trace nori/seaweed notes. Lovely mix of fresh, youthful red/black raspberries and garrigue. This is compact on the palate, direct and focused, no fat, with a rather silky mouthfeel.
