Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Exactly what I was looking for in a Pinot Noir that goes with everything. Bold red and dark cherry flavors combined with earth, pepper and spice. Prominent tannins still, but great balance and supple texture. I bet this will be fantastic in a couple of years.
