Tuesday, June 24, 2014 - Now from 100% cab, this was shy on the nose, but revealed dark fruit, smoke, black pepper and licorice. This carried through to the palate. Rougher without the silk I look forward in Pichon. More dark fruit. Tannin/grip on the finish.
