Friday, February 5, 2016 - Thin cassis and blueberry with ground coriander seed and black tea on the finish. Tannins are strong. The ground coriander seed is prominent: I'm convinced you'd find an overlap between this wine and actual ground coriander seed if you did a chemical analysis.
Anyway, this wine is interesting, but it tastes underripe and weird. Still, I could see this wine blossoming into something nice.
