Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Aromas of citrus, mint, yeast, flint, green apple. Good intensity. In the mouth it shows a pronounced acidity and medium + body. The attack is sharp, but the yeasty character in the mid-palate somehow rounds the taste. Small red berries hints in the aftertaste, finish is medium + length.
