I'm glad I opened it, as it was really showing well, with rich red and black fruit, balanced by softened but still present tannins and a long fruity and herbal finish. This was really delicious. Pride is an anomaly for me. I don't usually enjoy Bordeaux varieties from California, but take a bottle of Pride, put 8-10+ years on it, and I really love them. Fine stuff.
