90 Points

Saturday, June 27, 2015 - MIT Sloan Fellows Forum - Meeting and Dinner in the Provinces: Early in the evening, as an aperitif in the cellar. Fun to share this wine with a very special group of friends. This was a generous gift from the Swiss Ambassador to Japan and his wife.

Not sure what to expect, Swiss wines have a wide range of quality. Served this chilled. Crisp, mild acidity. Pears, apples, hint of citrus. Interesting and enjoyable. would also pair well with summer soups, fruit salads.
