Thursday, June 25, 2015 - I think this Caymus is a big step up from 2012. While it still has abundant fruit and spice, it is much more restrained with better acidity and structure. This is a big wine (takes time to open up) but has class and is not over the top or sweet or gloppy like some recent Caymus.
