Sunday, April 12, 2015 - This wine came into its beauty after an hour of decanting. The fruit was shy and needed to be coerced but once it did it was a show stopper. Notes of red fruit and eloquently balance with acidity. Med to long finish. Made a perfect match with easter lamb
