Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Almost popped'n'poured and firstly served too warm and then too cold. Basically never had a chance to show what it's really got. It basically tasted the same as a 2012 Carlisle Papa's Block from a month ago except for a slightly more pronounced malolactic note and a tad higher concentration. Look forward to trying it again and next time I'll give it at least a three hour decant and make sure to serve it at proper temperature.
