Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acdidity and youthful tannins. The feel is polished, but youthful with red cherries, some raspberries, violets, and a bit of earthen notes.

Overall: This is gorgeous on the third day. Where the fruit was more pronounced and tart on the first day, everything is more in balance now with a good amount of perfume too. This really seems like an excellent value for aging.
