Friday, January 22, 2016 - Popped and poured. Nose of cherry tart, earth, mushroom and strawberry. I even get a floral thing going on as well. On the palate, flavors of sour cherry, earth, herb, anise and a touch of raspberry. The Hamilton Russell Pinot's are the closest thing I have had to Burgundy outside of France and it is better than a lot of Premier Cru's that I have had for less than $40 no less. This is such a find!
