It was fruit forward with some genuine cab flavors, not heavily oaked, not alcoholic, and had some balancing acidity. This is a large production wine, so it wouldn't surprise me if there were large variations in lots or bottles. This bottle came from LA Wine Co and was a high quality wine, regardless of price.
