Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Quite a good rose, and in fact with your eyes closed you might easily guess that it was dry, slightly fruity white wine. On the other hand, the wine is striking for its bright pink, nearly red color. Tight on opening; benefitted from an hour of air. Somewhat tart, citrus aromas and flavors, a bit of sea-salt on the nose. Good mineral driven finish.
