Wednesday, January 20, 2016 - It opened fantastically. What I love about Italian whites. Real flavor. Lime, nectarine and white stone fruit. It became flat after an hour or two, possibly due to food pairings, maybe because it warmed up a little. Black pepper seemed to complement it well.
