Wednesday, August 13, 2014 - Lost in the cellar. Ten years old but still all there.Solidly in the Aubert style. Slightly cloudy gold in the glass. The nose is calm, more rind than fruit. Plenty of muted citrus on the palate, but the acidity and the fruit linger almost unendingly on the finish. Not fading--rather improving with aeration.
