The Merlot shows through on both the palate(plum, herb) and the finish(velvet intergrated tannin). Great length and got better and better as it evolved. Great bottle with plenty of life left to go. I wish I would have opened it 5 hrs earlier. 19/20 rating. 2-5-6-3-3. Nose would probably get a 6 with time.
