Thursday, May 7, 2015 - We brought this bottle to La Belle Ve for your 38th anniversary. They decanted it for us. We enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay while we gave the Pavie some time to open up. The first taste was of dark cherry with hints of a forest. The last glass was very close to perfect wine.
