Tuesday, June 17, 2014 - Beautiful rich color in the glass. Expressive nose of fresh lilies, strawberry, kiwi and suggestions of cotton candy. Welcoming aromas of bubblegum. Luscious and juicy acidity on the palate with a brightness. Flavors of watermelon, cranberry, pomegranate and strawberry drippings with an interesting tinge of green, like a streak of cilantro. Persistent on the palate with a lasting finish. Would be well suited with lighter cuisine along with chicken, fish or lighter pork dishes.
