Friday, January 22, 2016 - This is really in a lovely space right now. Paired with a spicy vegetable medley stir fry and all the fruit really started to shine with about 30 minutes air. Scents of bees wax, dried apricot, and lime with a hint of hay on the nose. The palate offers up quince, star fruit, and yellow raisin wrapped in a solid core of vibrant acidity and fruit. Outstanding!!! (Drink now - 2036)
