Tuesday, December 1, 2015 - Table Donkey & Stick Terroir Tuesday tasting (and my birthday!). Clearly the winner of the three wines tonight. The nose has great depth. Bright citrus, orchard fruit (pear particularly) flavors with a hint of nuttiness. These components combined with zesty acidity make clear both the quality of the vintage and the producer. This was several notches higher in pitch and concentration than the '04 served alongside. Brilliant.
