2012 Trimbach Riesling

Monday, June 29, 2015 - Tasted at the winery. Their low end riesling, called their "Classic" series. Very light, almost clear in color. Fresh acidity, balanced, with some mildly-green apple/pear and some citrus notes. Should show well 3-4 years (so by 2016). €11.40 at the winery.
