Friday, April 24, 2015 - Jerk Chicken @ Salil's (Vernon, CT): Wonderful wine, with tart lime, and cherry notes. Good richness here, but this does not quite go into Auslese territory. Citric finish really cleans up the richness. Not incredibly complex, but well balanced and delicious.
