Saturday, February 7, 2015 - Deep golden colour. Nose showing the complexities of age. Lemon cake, melon and creamy oak. A hint of something earthy as well like wet slate. The palate is full and rich, the acid all but gone leaving a long creamy finish. Drink up, don't think these are getting any better.
