Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Loads of potential here. Classic aromas of crushed raspberries, cracked pepper, coal dust, and a touch of vanilla. Oak is restrained, alcohol in check, and plenty of acidity and gentle tannin to give it the backbone for long aging.
