Thursday, June 11, 2015 - I struggle with Riesling that is not Trocken in style. I like the lime and slate notes but the the oily texture, weight and sweetness I struggle with. I can see how this would be a good match with spicy food but I prefer the dry versions for summer sipping. I'll keep trying every once in a while though.
