Friday, January 8, 2016 - Nose: Slightky reductive initially, but, it quickly blows off into custard, lemon peels, flinty minerals, pear, and floral notes.
Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. The acidity is lip smacking and refreshing with white florals, white peaches, flinty minerals, custard, and some lemon peels.
Overall: This is a lovely and fresh Saint-Aubin. It is impeccably balanced with a refined nature to boot.
