Saturday, February 28, 2015 - Note to self (& all), give this child a bit more time in bottle until popping the second. Try the Papera & Bedrock soon to see if they also need more resting. A brick-like essence of pure fruit & minerality, almost bordering on Mourvedre. Once the tannins release the wine, it will feel like a dam bursting. It is close now as it teases the palate, but, once it is in full trot, this will be frigging phat.
