Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Short decant. Classic zin nose of ripe red and black fruit, with a light floral note. Small amount of Carignane gives this a fuller and earthier feel. Bit of candied raspberry on the finish. Not a bashful zin. Drinking great now, but has the stuffing to evolve for a good 8-10 years more.
