Sunday, July 26, 2015 - A stunner! This is crystalline, pure, and precise. I mean clean as a mountain stream. This light bodied beauty is textured as if it was wrung from slaty rocks. I couldn't stop drinking it. It cut through everything I threw at it last night: Lamb chops, filet, fennel sausage pasta, brussel sprouts, etc. What a great wine. The highlights from 2013 are something to behold.
