Monday, March 2, 2015 - This is really interesting, with a very sweet, pink fruit, floral and confectionary nose that does not hint at the beautiful savouries that hide in the palette.
It starts out quite spritzy and then moves a nice balance of residual sugar and powerful acidity which gives way to a funky undergrowth and barnyard mid-palette.
The finish has an interesting lick of minerals and is very long with a sweet note.
This is more than just a standard, warm-weather, easy-drinking rosé with lots to please the serious rose drinker as well. I really, really like this.
