Taste: Full bodied with noticeable tannins. The tannins are a bit stern, perhaps showing off the vintage, but the feel is very balanced with dark red cherries, licorice, chocolate, mint, and a touch of herbs on the back end.

Overall: This is a cab that has plenty of time left. It had about 2 hours of air and the tannins are far from resolved.
