Saturday, December 20, 2014 - In my celler since release. This one looks very young with very little breaking at the edge. The nose head distinct to Cedar and pepper. The palate was mostly layers of cedar followed by leather, cherry and pepper. The wine was of medium viscosity with respect to mouth feel and it had a moderately long finish. Delicious.
