Saturday, April 4, 2015 - Popped about 12:30 but did not start drinking until 5:30. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, earth and flowers. Tart on the palate, this has flavors of Strawberry, cherry and earth on the palate. This ended with a nice finish but needs much more time in the bottle. We'll see how this does on day 2.
