Thursday, July 30, 2015 - I forgot that I tasted this wine just over a month ago. It has not changed: "a yellowish-grey color; obviously unfiltered and unfined. Aromas of poached pear, lemon, nuts, smoke, brioche and smokey oak. Buttery in the mouth; soft. Rich fruit. A long viscous finish." I wish the wine had a little more intense fruit. I'll wait longer before the next tasting.
