Thursday, June 18, 2015 - Lots of minerality. The nose is wet rocks with a whiff of florals. The palate shows kiwi, florals, melon, wet rocks, and a hint of stone fruit. The texture is slightly oily but crisp with the minerality and medium acidity. I look forward to trying this with a few more years of age.
