Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Decanted 1 hour. Huge wine, with big blackberry and plum fruit, tobacco, oak and pepper. Acid became much more prominent with air, tannins very soft and integrated. Really nice wine; paired with red chicken curry & lentils. Could use more cellar time...drink now with ample decant, or preferably hold for 2-3+ years.
