Tuesday, December 23, 2014 - Italian-theme Christmas Dinner (Novi, MI): Opened and consumed over 4 hours. This opened up tight, but gradually developed and was singing by the end of the night. If you want to drink this now, give it a LONG decant.
Aromas of violet, rose, leather, and tar. This also divided the group, based on stylistic preference of those who like "dry" wine or not.
